Once the customer is made aware of our scope of works in a transaction, we design or plan the journey from sourcing of options that suit the clients requirement. It involves scheduling visits and presentations for Clients.

Develop

First few inspections are very critical with the client. This familiarises us with the clients likes and dislikes. Depending on the feed back of the client. This comes with a lot of experience. This saves the clients a lot of time.

Deploy

Once the Customer has seen all the options, based on his review we arrange a presentation of the solutions. We share our unbiased views, positives and negatives of the options. This gives the client to a logical conclusion.

Deliver

We assist the client is closing for his Dream piece of Real Estate. We make sure that before the client takes charge of the property a joint inspection is carried out with the seller so that any snags are rectified before the Keys are handed over.
